Job Description
- Provide administrative support to teachers and Heads of Department on projects, programmes, and events.
Assist in exam processes, printing of materials, and preparation of teaching resources.
Manage inventory, collection, and distribution of teaching materials.
Maintain and organize special rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
Perform other school-related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least three passes or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Teacher Assistant in a school
Skilled in operating heavy-duty printers and handling printing tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably residing in the western region of Singapore.
Duration/ Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45min lunch
break
