**Description:** The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Marietta Test Operations manager is responsible to lead and organize the Flight Test Engineer (FTE) and Flight Test Control Engineer (FTCE) elements for all Marietta Test & Evaluation programs. These elements include test planning, test preparation and test execution of aircraft testing. The Marietta Test Ops manager is responsible for the schedule and budget performance of the Test Operations team including utilization of EVMS.
Must have advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across the LM Aero T&E team and to manage, coach, develop and motivate the Marietta Test Ops team. The Test Ops manager will develop the Marietta Test Ops team’s staffing strategy for Marietta programs through collaboration with program management, site leadership, and other T&E leadership teams across LM Aero. The Test Ops manager will ensure that all Marietta programs’ requirements are supported for successful execution.
