**Description** The MAR T&D Operations Manager provides operational leadership for the Mid-Atlantic Region Transmission & Distribution practice, helping drive the growth, performance, and long-term success of the business through people, culture, and execution excellence.



This role is focused on developing high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capabilities, improving operational effectiveness, and creating an environment where employee-owners can thrive.
