Job Summary

Reporting to the Legal Office Supervisor / Senior Manager of Legal Support, this role assists the Lawyers in handling P & C Insurance Legal Matters, representing TD Insurance or its policy holders in civil litigation and no fault/accident benefits matters involving claims for monetary damages or compensation for personal injury or property damage.

General Accountabilities

• Reviews and analyzes new file assignments, organizes file contents, and prepares summary memoranda of medical, investigation and all documentary productions received.
• Updates/posts in electronic systems all relevant work completed on a file.
• Prepares affidavit of documents for review by Lawyer and arranges and manages undertakings chart.
