• Welcome customers and provide professional front desk service
• Manage customer appointments, bookings and daily follow-ups
• Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable TCM wellness treatments
• Introduce treatment packages, membership plans and promotional offers
• Assist with sales consultation, customer relationship management and after-sales service
• Handle payment collection, customer records and basic administrative duties
