Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file accurate and timely tax returns including VAT, withholding tax, income tax, DST, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, Philippine tax laws, and other government reporting requirements.
• Handle tax audits, assessments, investigations, and correspondence with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and reconcile tax-related accounts and ensure accuracy of tax provisions and tax schedules.
• Support financial reporting activities related to taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor changes in local tax laws and fintech-related regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Review digital finance transactions, lending operations, payment processing activities, and related tax implications.
• Assist in tax planning, compliance improvements, and tax risk management initiatives.
