Job Title: Tax Preparer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to support a growing CPA firm by preparing U.S. tax returns from client-provided documents and communicating directly with clients to collect any missing information.

This role is designed to take tax preparation work off the founder’s plate by owning the preparation process from document intake through completed draft return, ready for final CPA review.

The ideal hire should be comfortable reviewing tax documents, identifying missing information, following up with clients, and preparing complete and accurate tax returns with minimal supervision. Experience with Drake Tax Software is a strong advantage,...
