Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Manager to lead the Tax Department within the Finance Division. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international tax legislation, optimizing the company’s tax position, and providing strategic advice to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage local tax compliance including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes, Dividends Tax, Carbon Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
• Oversee international tax management, including tax-efficient strategies, tax accounting, and compliance.
• Lead transfer pricing activities, including analysis, reporting, and advisory on new business initiatives.
• Manage local and international tax audits and ensure compliance.
• Provide tax accounting and reporting, including deferred tax.
