Business Unit Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build intelligent automation solutions for Tax & Legal Services, including document processing pipelines, compliance-checking systems, and RAG-based retrieval over multilingual regulatory data. This role requires a high degree of ownership, where the engineer will independently take solutions from concept to production. You will be responsible for architecture decisions, technology selection, and end-to-end delivery of AI solutions. The primary focus is on AI systems, data pipelines, and cloud deployment, with frontend development limited to lightweight user interfaces for prototyping and internal tools. The role spans backend API development, LLM integration, and deployment on Azure, with an emphasis on building scalable, production-grade AI systems.
