Your role as a Tax & Financial Reporting Manager will be to lead and oversee a team to complete the preparation of tax, financial and other regulatory reporting for our superannuation fund and managed investment trust clients. Core to this role is ensuring high quality, accurate and timely reporting with an exceptional level of attention to detail. This will involve an ability to analyze and resolve operational issues. Your challenge will be to support continuous process improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders on technology developments to meet business and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanism for achievement including SMART goal setting
