Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Tax Manager oversees all tax activities of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing tax positions and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives

What you’re responsible for:

• Prepare and review tax provisions and income tax returns ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely filing
• Manage tax payments and coordinate with external preparers and auditors
• Identify and mitigate tax compliance risks and potential disputes
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize benefits and minimize liabilities
• Provide tax guidance to internal teams on projects, transactions and strategic initiatives
• Monitor and assess the financial impact of tax changes on the business
