Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals.

Scope of work 

  • Checking WHT and VAT documents with reports and identifying discrepancies.
  • Preparing the WHT and VAT returns for online submission and additional submission.
  • Issuing WHT certificates for customers/vendors.
  • Checking and approving employee T&E claims via Concur system according to company policy and tax law against supporting documents.
  • Compiling tax and accounting documents and following up on the missing documents.
  • Controlling for all files /documents in the third-party storage (Subsrithai) Other assistance.
  • Assisting the Finance team to create Purchase orders and scan documents to Datacap for invoice posting and payment processing according to P2P policy.
  • Preparing monthly reconciliation of tax GL with supporting documents.
