Monitor club’s cash position.

Examine purchase and /or job orders as to reasonableness and competitiveness of quoted prices. Maintain a pricing sheet to monitor fluctuations in prices.

Make sure that all purchase and /or job requisitions fall within the annual budget and capital expenditures plan.

Maintain history of major repairs and maintenance.

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget by providing all departments historical data income and expenses and in documenting forecasts, trends and analyses.

Assist in the consolidation of the books and preparation of the Financial Statement.

Preparation of schedules and filing of tax returns.

Other related functions that may be assigned by the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.
