MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

Ensures compliance to all relevant tax laws and regulations, while also miximizing tax efficiencies and miniminzing tax liabilities. Prepares, file and pays accurate tax returns and provide advisory services to the different business units.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Preparing, filing and paying tax returns and LGU compliance:

·Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns by reconciling tax accounts and computing for taxes due

·Prepares funding and payment requests

·Prepares tax returns and relevant attachments for BIR filing

·Files and pays tax returns to the BIR

·Monitors BIR Form 2307 submissions from clients

·Files tax treaty relief applications to BIR (TTRA, CORTT)

·Files and pays the following LGU-related documents/fees - Real Property Tax, Community Tax Certificate, Barangay Clearance – for Head Office only, Mayor’s Permit fo...
