We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at the Taubman’s Trade Centre in Townsville.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, with a desire to learn and develop in their career. No previous paint or hardware knowledge is expected, as full product training will be provided on the job.

The role will be 38 hours per week, with rostered hours inside the opening hours of 6.30am to 4.30pm, with the occasional Saturday shift between 7am – 11am.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store
• Tinting and mixing paint, pelletizing paint drums, arranging orders for delivery, and colour matching
