Job Description

Tanker Operator (f/m/d)

For our Tanker team in our Hamburg Office, we are looking for a Tanker Operator (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

  • Handling of all post fixture broking operations for spot and time charter fixtures
  • Liaise directly with ship owners and charterers regarding voyage orders, cargo operations, tank cleaning, stowage plans, itineraries, vetting requirements and all other operational matters
  • Monitor compliance of Charter Party terms and EU legislations (EU ETS, Fuel EU Maritime) 
  • Support the Marine Accounting Dept. with regards to freight & hire payments and assist in claims management
  • Assist the chartering department with reporting and cargo tracking
  • Provide and uphold a high level of service to all clients
  • Keep track of KPIs, Voyage Reports and Reports for the Management
