Remote Raven is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our internal team. This is a phone-first, metrics-driven sourcing role embedded in a high-velocity agency environment where dials, screens, and submittals are tracked weekly.

As a Remote Raven Talent Sourcer, you are the first point of contact between our agency and the market. You will run high-volume outbound outreach — primarily cold calls, supplemented by LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referral channels — to identify, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple concurrent client searches. You will then hand vetted, interested talent to our recruiters and account managers, who carry the search through to placement.
