**Description**

As a **Talent Development Specialist** , you will support learning and development initiatives within the Distribution and other divisions of Bunzl North America. In this role, you will help coordinate, and deliver impactful training, team building, and communication initiatives that drive employee performance, engagement, and growth.

You will partner closely with Human Resources (HR) and business leaders to ensure our talent development strategy is executed in alignment with business needs while enabling meaningful engagement experiences for employees across the organization.

This role is day shift, working out of our St. Louis, MO (Creve Coeur) office. You'll work mostly in the office but will have some flexibility to WFH 4-6 days per month.
