The SEA Talent Development team drives learning and leadership initiatives across Publicis South East Asia. We are looking for a student who is eager to learn, enjoys planning and working in a team, and wants hands‑on exposure to how learning experiences are created and delivered in a corporate environment. The role is Singapore-focused with possible exposure to regional work.

• Help plan and run internal training sessions
• Coordinate leadership programmes
• Support AI‑based learning projects
• Handle training logistics including managing sign‑ups, tracking attendance, and feedback collation and analysis
• Pitch in on everyday Talent Development tasks and projects
• Build learning roadmaps for different roles or skills
• Find ways to make our processes smoother using AI or automation
