TALENT COORDINATOR

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between ($45,000 – $48,000) annually, depending on experience. This is a new vacancy. This is a contractual position of 1 year. The role will be 3 days per week and the annual salary will be pro‑rated to the number of days worked per week.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and working with the Plus Company Toronto Talent team, the person in this role is a close collaborator who plays a crucial role in managing HRIS systems, coordinating the new hire process, and collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and manage varied tasks across different areas of Human Resources.
