Talent Consultant – Capita

This is a remote role.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting professional recruitment interviews, ensuring all candidates receive an excellent candidate experience.
• Capturing accurate and comprehensive responses throughout each interview and scoring responses against a pre‑defined matrix.
• Maintaining accurate records, including updating the interview schedule, offer tracker and applicant tracking system.
• Processing candidates within our ATS system into IT tests, reviewing scores and progressing candidates accordingly.
• Assisting the wider recruitment team when interview slots are unfilled.
• Attending daily and weekly team meetings.
• Remaining compliant with all Capita HAAS Online Mandatory Training.
