Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (required). Postgraduate degree or certification in Talent Management, Employment Equity, orrelated areas is an advantage. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, employment equity, or arelated HR role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory position. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisitionstrategies. Experience in managing employment equity compliance and reporting.
