As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Cluster, ensuring attraction of top talent and effective delivery of recruitment and selection processes. You will lead a team of 4 TA Analysts, oversee process improvement, achieve regional KPIs (Time to Offer, Candidate Experience, Gender Balance among others), partner with the Regional Talent Acquisition Head and local leaders, act as a trusted advisor, coach the team, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic People initiatives.
