Recruitment

  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the specific needs of dentsu. This involves understanding goals, culture, and staffing requirements and business priorities.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels and implement fit for purpose sourcing strategies for roles.
  • Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for core roles, identifying key talent in the market including competitive compensation intel.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle: from resume reviews, initial interviews, candidate skills assessment for role and culture fit, up to offer, requirements submission, preparation of assets until onboarding.
  • Partners with HR and leaders in offer management and negotiation. This includes seeking approvals, negotiating terms/offer details, and facilitating offer acceptance process to hire.
