- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates
- Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels
- Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
