Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire
• Sourcing Skills: Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles
• Business Partner: Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
• Ownership: Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
