We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to join our team in Madrid!

Job description
Context of the position 

  • You will join the People and Organisation Team (international markets) in Madrid. 
  • You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment in an ambitious and motivated team who deals with different markets. 
  • Supported by your colleague, both of you will take full responsibility of the recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles for the Belgium and Dutch market (other markets may be added later)

    • Outcomes to be accomplished
    Outcome 1 : Management of recruitment for the open sales vacancies 

  • Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and you update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisiti...
