About the Role
In Copeland we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for salaried positions across various departments.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs
Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
