In this role you will be a company ambassador by promoting our employer brand creating candidate engagement and offering an excellent candidate experience. You will build and execute innovative candidate search strategies and engage with passive talent. As a member of our global team this role will support ECFT CAE Flight Training within the EMEA region.

This role requires you to be in our office in Dubai Monday - Thursday Friday you can work from home.
