The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs. They will need to effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters.
