Job Description

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of talented candidate
  • Partner with the recruiting team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels and partnerships
  • Establish talent pipelines through referral generation, using external professional networks and alternative search techniques to target, attract, and develop talent prospects
  • Source using wide variety of tools: LinkedIn, Gem, boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, associations + groups, events, university alumni resources, and other creative search techniques
  • Develop an understanding of iRhythm's products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent
