DESCRIPTION

Our Recruiter role is a perfect opportunity for an outgoing, organized and self-motivated individual with experience in full cycle recruiting. You will work closely with the HR Team by mining for top talent across several platforms. This role will support our aggressive hiring goals and is critical in building pipelines of talent for every function across the organization including field service and sales roles.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Full cycle recruiting

+ Create relationships and build rapport with hiring managers

+ Maintain ADP Recruitment Module

+ Conduct outreach to candidates within job boards, Indeed and ADP
