Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support U.S.-based onboarding operations, with a primary focus on I-9 record initiation, validation, and cleanup activities . This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in administrative or onboarding processes, preferably supporting U.S. employees.
Key Responsibilities
I-9 Record Management & Compliance
- Execute end-to-end I-9 record cleanup processes in compliance with U.S. regulations.
- Initiate new I-9 records for newly hired employees.
- Monitor I-9 completion status and ensure all required steps are completed within defined timelines.
Tracking & Follow-up
- Track outstanding I-9 cases and proactively chase employees and stakeholders for missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain accurate records and status updates in internal tracking systems.
