CLEANFUEL IS HIRING: HR ASSISTANT – TALENT ACQUISITION / RECRUITMENT

What Will Be Your Role?

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates)
• Support hiring needs for operations personnel across multiple stations and locations
• Maintain and organize employee records and files (201 and 202)
• Prepare and submit recruitment and HR-related reports
• Conduct research and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment strategies and processes
