Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment
: Own the complete recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and selection. Proactive Sourcing
: Identify potential candidates through various channels—including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Candidate Assessments
: Evaluate candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with the organization's skills, experience, and cultural fit. Employer Branding
: Contribute to developing and executing strategies that promote our organization as an employer of choice. Industry Awareness
