Position: Talent Acquisition Partner
Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire, Hybrid Position AutoCanada is looking for a Fixed Operations recruiter to work directly with our VP of Fixed Operations. This role specializes in recruiting technicians, advisors, managers, and parts staff. It will partner directly with dealerships to build solid teams in competitive markets. This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. Success in this position comes from building credibility quickly, understanding dealership operations, speaking the language of Fixed Ops, and operating with urgency alongside Service and Parts leaders.
