This individual will own and drive the organization’s full talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on recruiting expertise to build sustainable talent pipelines, elevate employer branding, and ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable hiring process across a large enterprise environment.
