Context of the position

Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition & People Partner manager, you are in charge of the recruitment for the corporate & executive areas, as well as the follow‑up of the Corporate perimeter.

Talent Attraction & Sourcing Strategy

• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Monitor sourcing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with existing partners and develop new partnerships.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Processes

• Monitor candidates' experience from CV reception until the first two months in the company, and beyond.
• Track the candidate pipeline (applications received, number of interviews planned, offers sent, effective arrivals, etc.).
