About the Role:<br />
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with<br />
experience in BFSI and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should<br />
possess strong sourcing skills, experience in bulk hiring, and a proven<br />
track record of hiring sales professionals across various levels.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
- Source and screen candidates for BFSI, IT and Non-IT positions.<br />
- Handle hiring requirements for Sales, Business Development,<br />
Relationship Management, and other frontline roles.<br />
