Purpose Statement

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the human resources function in a site or business unit. They will also gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry, infrastructure and business during the assignment. The assignment could support one or more functions within the human resources function.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Work closely with and assist in providing administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks as well as assist in accomplishing long‑term projects.
• Work closely with HR team in functional areas such as: talent acquisition, learning and development and employee relations.
• Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of a Human Resources leader and/or HR staff.
• Manage special projects as assigned and present Internship results to leadership.
