Job Description
End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Hiring Managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidate status.
Candidate Engagement: Attend to walk-in applicants at the Recruitment Office, assisting with inquiries and interview appointments.
Job Advertising: Publish open positions across various advertisement channels and job portals while monitoring and tracking performance data.
ATS Management: Manage incoming resumes and ensure all applicant information is accurately updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Department Liaison: Disseminate shortlisted profiles to relevant departments for review and diligently track the outcomes.
Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process between managers and candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
