A D Infra is a growing real estate company based in Chattarpur, South Delhi, specializing in residential projects. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build a high-performing team across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Onboarding

• Complete joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.

HR Operations

• Maintain attendance and leave records.
