Job Description
**Introduction**
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for facilitating the completion of onboarding procedures for selected candidates. S/he will work with the recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Ensure the timely and proper onboarding of selected candidates by monitoring their progress in every step of the process
* Through phone calls and emails, setting up candidates for their background checks, secure identification fingerprinting and pre-employment medical exam
* Prepare and send job offer letters
* Handle the travel arrangements for candidates when necessary, including hotel accommodation
* Manage relationships with Talent Advisors, applicants, and the clientβs administrative personnel
* Process the payroll requests for new hires and returning employees
