Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this position focuses on attracting top talent, advising hiring managers, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced setting.

This role is hybrid 3 days a week in West GTA; comp includes base salary plus solid benefits including bonus and pension.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, reference checks, and extending job offers.
