Talent Acquisition Associate - Recruiter (Project Based - Ortigas Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Interviewing

• Conduct face to face initial interviews using competency-based interview questions, assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide candidates with information about the company, role, and interview process.

Candidate Management

• Proactively reach out to candidates through phone calls, emails, and messages to assess their interest and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate details on internal trackers.
• Manage virtual and onsite interviews for hiring managers.
• Preferrably with 1 year of Recruitment or interviewing experience
