Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and networking channels Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns Prepare job offers and support onboarding documentation and processes Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities...
