We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to support early talent and strategic hiring initiatives for our delivery center in Hyderabad, India. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and campus strategy with a strong emphasis on hiring of freshers across IT, Solutions, and Delivery functions. In addition to that they will also support hiring mid-senior level technical talent as well as Recruiting and Sales professionals at various levels. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of executional excellence and strategic thinking, helping to scale hiring programs for surge hiring, GCC recruitment, and or RPO.
