Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, virtual environments, and hosted systems in a 24/7 environment
• Monitor system health and resolve incidents proactively
• Manage system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Troubleshoot network and VPN-related issues
• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments
• Monitor and optimise database performance (queries, indexing, tuning)
• Manage database backups, replication, and recovery
• Develop SQL scripts for reporting and data extraction
• Ensure data integrity, security, and system availability
• Automate routine tasks and support system monitoring improvements
• Maintain technical documentation and support internal technical teams
