This Scope of Work defines the responsibilities and deliverables for the Systems Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising enterprise systems infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows servers, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, backup solutions, and storage platforms.
