**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer - Scrum Master for the Digital Transformation Siemens Xcelerator Backbone Agile Team which is responsible for driving agile delivery of Siemens Xcelerator solutions across the program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer - Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading the Agile team, coordinating implementation efforts, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of Xcelerator capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead the Digital Transformation Siemens Xcelerator Backbone Agile Team as Scrum Master.
+ Facilitate Agile team activities, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
